I don't know.
I'm pretty happy. :)
I think that the feeling of happiness can come and go, but contentment is underlying it all, keeping me anchored and rooted emotionally.
For right now, though, I am not just contented, but happy as well.

How are you doing?
Haven't talked to you in a while.
Is your summer going well?
